Trade Calculator Pack: tile, paint, drywall, concrete and deck spreadsheets

The problem

Most underpriced jobs start with a guess

You eyeball the materials, round the labor, and add "a little" for profit. Then the job eats your weekend and your margin.

01 / MATERIALS

Short on product mid-job

An extra supply run costs you half a day. The calculators add waste and round up to the boxes, bags, sheets and yards you actually buy.

02 / LABOR

Hours you forgot to charge

Prep, setup and cleanup are real time. Enter your crew, hours and hourly cost and the sheet prices all of it.

03 / PROFIT

Markup isn't margin

A 30% markup only keeps you about 23 cents on the dollar. Each sheet shows your real gross profit and margin before you send the quote.

Every calculator

Built the way you actually price a job

Materials rounded up

Waste factor built in. Boxes, bags, sheets, gallons and yards rounded up to what the supplier sells.

Your prices, your rates

Every input is a yellow cell. Change any price, coverage, crew size or hourly cost and the quote recalculates.

Overhead + markup

Add overhead for insurance, truck and admin, then your profit markup. Set a minimum job price so small jobs still pay.

Deposit, profit, margin

See the deposit due, your gross profit and your real margin on every quote before the client does.

Going-rate check

Enter the price per sq ft in your area and see if your quote lands above, below or right in range.

Excel or Google Sheets

Formulas only, nothing hardcoded. Each file has a How To Use tab so you're set up in minutes.

Know your numbers

A 30% markup is only a 23% margin

This is where a lot of contractors lose money without noticing. Every calculator shows both numbers side by side, so you know what you're really keeping before you send the price.

Made by a working Florida contractor

I run a remodeling and epoxy flooring company in Florida. These are the same kinds of sheets I use to price my own jobs, cleaned up so you can put your numbers in and go. No software to learn and no monthly fee.

Questions

Before you buy

What do I get?

A zip with 5 Excel files (tile, paint, drywall, concrete slab and deck builder) plus a read-first note. Each file has a Calculator tab and a How To Use tab.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the Excel file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. The formulas carry over. It also works in Excel on Windows and Mac.

Can I change the prices and rates?

Yes, that's the point. Every yellow cell is yours to change: supplier prices, coverage, waste, crew size, hourly cost, overhead, markup, deposit and minimum job price.

Can I reuse it on every job?

Yes. Save a copy for each job, or clear the inputs and start fresh. There's no limit and no subscription.

Can I buy just one calculator?

Yes, each one is sold separately for $19 in the Contractor Toolkit shop. The pack gets you all 5 for less than the price of 4.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is an instant digital download, sales are final. If a file won't open or something's wrong, message me through Gumroad and I'll make it right.
